Gen2 offer a range of apprenticeships and degree programmes for students. For some programmes students are placed with their employer from day one, however other programmes such as engineering apprenticeships, the students attend a Gen2 training centre for the first year.

When do I apply?

Gen2 recruits apprentices and degree students for programmes such as engineering and manufacturing once per year, with students typically starting in September. You must be a minimum of 16 years old when you start your apprenticeship.  The apprenticeships starting next September can be found here.

Gen2 also run a number of apprenticeship programmes such as business & administration, customer service and teaching assistant which can be started at any time of the year.  We refer to these apprenticeships as "immediate start" vacancies which can be found here.

 

How do I apply?

All apprenticeship applications are online via our recruitment portal which can be found by clicking on the relevant section in our vacancies page.  If you are planning to apply for a September start apprenticeship and unsure what to apply for you should attend one of our open days which typically run betweeen November and February each year.
